You might think that it is not a very popular food, however, not only it is popular for the local,it has drawn a lot of tourist from far to come to Skuon just to have the taste of the famous fried Tarantula. Some who has taste the Tarantula said that it taste like skinny chicken with crispy on the outside and sticky.
3. Casu Marzu. Sardinia’s Casu Marzu is a cheese, however it is not like common cheese, the name itself means “Rotten cheese”. The unique of this cheese is that it still has alive insect larvae living in the cheese itself to produce further fermentation. Casu Marzu has to be eaten while the insect larvae still alive (as it can cause toxic if eaten when the larvae is dead)It might be hard to taste Casu marzu now as the cheese has been banned because it might danger the health of the one who eat it (allergy reaction,intestinal larvae infection etc.), however it is said that Casu Marzu is still available in black market in Sardinia.
4. Balut. Philippines’ Balut is famous food for Philippines. Some said that the food is absolutely shocking as Balut is a fertilised chicken or dug egg that the embryo is almost developed; it is the egg that nearly hatched (it has partly formed feet, feather,eyeball, blood vessels etc). The famous way of consuming it is by boil it and eat straight away out of the shell with spoon
5. Live Octopus, Korea. If you are a raw meat lover, eating live Octopus in Korea (sannakji) might be a thrilling adventure. Yes, when you eat it, the octopus is still alive. This meal is prepared by slicing up alive baby octopus and only seasoned with sesame oil. The octopus tentacles are still wriggling when the dish is served, and you have to chew properly to loosen the tentacles so that it does not stick in your mouth,teeth or throat. The other way Korean wat Sannakji is by eating the alive Octopus by Soju; pick one octopus and dip into the soju to make the octopus asleep and then put into your mouth. Eating live octopus might sound adventurous, however, be careful not to have the octopus suction cups stick on your throat as it can be quite dangerous.

Life is fast these days. People are working more, playing more and expecting more out their lives. Let’s face it: under those conditions it’s no wonder the quest to drop belly fat has a lot of people frustrated and overwhelmed. There’s just so much information.
Read the tons of articles littering the web on how to have sexy toned abs and you find conflicting opinions and a lot of guessing but not a lot of hard cold facts or foolproof methods. There is, however, some gems among the rubble to help you in the race for a slender waistline. I’m going to share one of the key findings I’ve discovered – one weird exercise to reduce tummy fat that’s virtually guaranteed to skyrocket your results.
But first, let’s talk about the 3 basic elements of any strategy to get a lean, ripped six pack:
* A smart eating plan: Cut processed foods and refined sugars. Consume appropriate amounts of protein, carbohydrate, and fat each meal. Eat 4 to six meals a day. * A smart workout plan: Cut stupid, boring cardio work. Move to whole body training programs with compound (multi-joint) movements and use interval cardio training at a high intensity several times a week * A smart approach to hydration: Water ensures our biological systems are working optimally – it’s also helps your stomach to feel fuller. Drink more water.
Without these 3 elements in place you’re cactus. Your belly fat is staying exactly where it is no matter how you exercise to reduce tummy flab. You have to have all three working together to flatten your stomach and still find time to live a normal life.

Ok, I’ll tell you. But first I have a confession to make: it’s not really an exercise in the traditional sense – not like a crunch or a sit-up. My tip is more like a daily practice or a habit.
Here it is: I kept a food diary. I wrote down everything I ate. Doesn’t sound like much does it? But let me explain how this is a brilliant exercise to reduce tummy fat.
Most people eat unconsciously. They eat while driving, they eat while working, they eat while watching TV or talking to friends. When you eat while doing something else the brain forgets to focus on the food and guess what happens: you eat too much without even knowing it.
Recording what you eat makes eating conscious and makes you more accountable to your nutrition. I found as soon as began to keep a found diary I discovered all the ways I was sneaking extra calories into my diet (too many calories and you’ll never lose belly fat ever). I was having an extra mouthful of this and a handful of that and slurp of the other and my tummy remained as big as ever. I wasn’t getting anywhere even though I was working super hard using exercise to lose tummy fat.
A simple way to write a food diary is figure out what you’re going to eat the night before, write it in your diary or iphone/ipad or calendar and then just tick it off as you go. Make sure you stick to what’s written in your diary and highlight when you fall off the wagon to help identify where you might need some support or to change you habits in some way. Keeping a food diary sets you up for success because measuring allows you to manage your eating better and be more realistic about how much food you are actually consuming.
I found my diary useful because I was able to reward myself with a pat on the back when I had eaten well and I was also able to make better choices after recognizing patterns of behavior that cut against my goal to flatten my stomach and get a ripped six pack.
